We really enjoyed this apartment! The high ceilings make it feel extra spacious. The balcony was lovely, with entry to a pool that’s only accessible by that section of the ground floor, and we hardy saw anyone using it. Good internet, host was very responsive, delivery is easy. It’s in a great building with an all-day breakfast place that serves until 5. The gym is between 2 other pools, it’s a very beautiful setting!

Apartment is as it looks in photos. location is close to Naiharn beach. Best coffee in the area - liberica, a couple minutes by scooter. Boost, Canelle - other great cafes nearby. georgian restaurant is in the complex. everything you need is close. Host is a kind person.

Our stay at Irina’s property was fabulous. Everything about the villa, it’s surrounding, the location was just amazing. The villa is located in a closed, guarded compound which made us feel extremely safe. The complex is well maintained, serviced daily hence everything is clean. The villa has three fabulous Bedrooms which are spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and personally being someone with Neck and Back issues, I slept very well as the Mattress was firm and almost new. The pool is right sized, clean and well maintained. A care taker came during our stay to maintain the garden and the pool which was an evidence that there is regular maintenance being done. The location of the complex is amazing. Lots of restaurants and grocery shops near by even at a walking distance. If you are looking for a private, family friendly or even a small group friendly property to stay at, look no further. Irina, Elena and Lin are a fantastic team and you will feel like home.

Alt i alt et dejligt område at bo i, alt er tæt på. Lejligheden er rummelig. Kan klart anbefales. Det jeg ikke kunne lide var at jeg ikke selv kunne se el måleren men fik oplyst hvad den var da jeg ankom og da jeg skulle gå. Sengen er gammel og skal skiftes ud, egner sig ikke til to personer da hver bevægelse kan mærkes. I opslaget står der at der er 2 senge, da jeg spurgte indtil den anden seng fik jeg af vide jeg skulle betale for at få den gjort klar med dyner og betræk. Der ligger en som er klappet sammen som jeg selv fik gjort i stand. Aircondition blæser direkte mod sengen.

Irina’s place was awesome! Very well located, only 3 minutes from the beach. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. The apartment was very well equipped, quiet, clean and spacious. The communication was easy and fast. I will definitely choose again if I will be in Phuket again.

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr gepflegt, Pool wurde regelmäßig sauber gemacht, der Gastgeber war jederzeit zu erreichen & sehr hilfsbereit. Übergabe mit Nin lief einwandfrei & unkompliziert. Absolute Empfehlung.

Apartament idealny na dłuższy pobyt, wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne elementy i udogodnienia. Obiekt nowy z basenami i siłownią. Bardzo fajna, niezatłoczona okolica. Stały kontakt z gospodarzami.

Hôte sympathique avec toute son équipe, réponse rapide. Le logement est simple, propre et très agréable. Villa située au fond d’une impasse dans une résidence sécurisée donc au calme. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et je remercie en particulier la piscine 😉. Je recommande!

The apartment is very nice and well equipped. The wife and child had fun in the pool, and there is also a nice area in the apartment for some light work from home.

Outstanding holiday home with awesome views on the top floor. I actually extended my stay to 2 months. Previous guest comments warned about many dogs in an adjacent property, these have been removed so it is exceptionally quiet. And ants, there are only ants if you leave food scraps in the bin. Tip - put your food scraps in a plastic bag, store in freezer and take to bin next day.... no ants! The location is perfect for a 10-15 minute walk to Nai Harn lake and beach. The swimming pools are refreshing and regularly cleaned. And as for the apartment itself, it is immaculate. The cleaning staff are exceptionally good at their work refreshing the apartment on a weekly basis. And finally the hosts are very responsive, professional and work hard to make your holiday experience the best possible. Thank you to Irina and Elena. Hope to see you again!
